Welcome to 4Win Gaming, a real-money skill gaming platform developed, owned, and operated by Trexma Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and having its CIN: U72900RJ2020PTC072327. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 4Win Gaming mobile application (“App”), related platforms, games, features, and services provided therein.
By registering, accessing, installing, or using the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Withdrawal Policy, and other applicable guidelines.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any part of our App.
You represent that you are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Users located in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, and Sikkim may not access real-money games due to state-level restrictions.
We reserve the right to deny access to our services at our sole discretion to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
4Win Gaming hosts games of skill, including but not limited to Ludo, Rummy, Poker, and Teen Patti.
All games on this platform are skill-prevalent and do not constitute gambling, betting, or wagering.
Skill-based gaming is legal under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India, subject to state restrictions.
We do not host or promote games of chance.
To use the App, you must register via mobile number and complete profile verification.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your information. Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information may result in account suspension.
You may not create more than one account. Duplicate or fake accounts are liable to be terminated.
KYC is mandatory to access withdrawals, and you must provide a valid PAN card and bank details.
All users must undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) verification using Aadhaar, PAN, or other legally accepted documents.
Your data will be processed securely and may be shared with authorized service providers (like Signzy or Cashfree) for identity verification.
Trexma Private Limited reserves the right to withhold winnings, bonuses, or disable accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC.
Players can add funds using UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and bank transfers via our payment gateway partners.
Your deposit appears in the Game Wallet. Winnings are split between Game Wallet and Withdrawal Wallet as per our GST & profit unlock logic.
We recover 280 (GST @28%) and 100 (Platform Profit) per 1,000 deposit before allowing withdrawal.
Unlocks to Withdrawal Wallet occur proportionally based on the commission recovery progress during gameplay.
TDS of 30% is deducted on net winnings exceeding 10,000, as per Income Tax Act, 1961.
Bonuses are offered periodically and are credited to the Bonus Wallet.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and are subject to specific game usage criteria.
Misuse or manipulation of bonuses (e.g., dummy accounts, collusion) will result in reversal and ban.
Referral programs are valid only if the referred user is real, active, and KYC verified.
All games must be played honestly. Use of bots, automated tools, emulators, or tampering software is prohibited.
Accounts found cheating, colluding, or using any unfair means will be permanently banned without refund.
We log gameplay activities, and in case of a dispute, server data will be considered final.
All applicable games are RNG certified and tested by certified labs.
Our game outcomes are free from manipulation and based purely on skill and fairness.
Game Wallet: Used for joining matches, funded via deposit and winnings.
Withdrawal Wallet: Funds unlocked after platform recovers according GST and profit logic.
Bonus Wallet: Promotional funds that can only be used for gameplay and are non-withdrawable.
Wallet balances are visible on your dashboard and updated real-time.
Withdrawals can be made via UPI or bank transfer subject to KYC verification.
Daily withdrawal limits may apply for security reasons.
Some withdrawals are processed in 24-72 hours after internal checks. Instant withdrawals are also available.
Any suspicious activity will result in withheld withdrawal until cleared.
All content, logos, graphics, app designs, and trademarks are owned by Trexma Private Limited.
You may not use or reproduce our materials without express written permission.
In case of a game conflict, our internal team will investigate and respond within 5 working days.
All decisions made by the 4Win Gaming team regarding disputes are final and binding.
We are not responsible for network failures, device incompatibility, or third-party payment delays.
We are not liable for user errors, financial loss due to gameplay, or KYC submission failure.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to breach of Terms, cheating, fake identity, payment fraud, or government orders.
Users may request voluntary termination by emailing our support team.
These Terms may be revised from time to time.
Users will be notified of material changes via app notification or email.
Continued use of the app implies your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any legal proceedings shall be under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
